Pea Salad

Serving Size: 16

Ingredients:
1 head iceberg lettuce, sliced thinly
8 ounces bacon, cooked & crumbled
5 ounces frozen peas, thawed
8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
2/3 cup green onion, finely chopped
6 whole hard-boiled eggs, diced
4 whole roma tomatoes, diced

dressing:
2 tablespoons frank's hot sauce
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon granulated white sugar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup miracle whip
1 teaspoon table salt
1 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Toss all ingredients for salad together. Make dressing and add it to
salad right before serving.

Notes:
Put the dressing on the salad right before serving otherwise gets soggy.
